Return Process

    Visit your Qykmart account, go to “My Orders,” and select “Return/Refund” for the applicable order. Provide a reason and any necessary details.
  2. Approval & Pickup:
    Once the request is approved, the seller will coordinate the return process. Pickup or drop-off details will be provided based on the product.
  3. Inspection:
    The returned item will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.

Refund Process

  • Refund Methods:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as Qykmart Wallet credits.
  • Timeline:
    Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and seller policies. Initiate an exchange through your account under “My Orders.”

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods like food or flowers.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
